Yes, there is no requirement for participation in any activities. However there will be many opportunities available and clients are encouraged to participate to the degree they are comfortable
Warm outdoor clothes are preferable and you are advised to pack according to the season’s weather conditions.
We will provide some additional equipment for participants; please refer to our Gear & Equipment Checklist for guidance in packing for your trip.
Firearms training is an asset but not a requirement as we provide training and instruction on site including continual practice sessions.
Yes, a good selection of fur pelts, gifts, crafts and products is available at the Lodge.
In some cases yes, depending on your country of origin and the species. However, we highly recommend allowing us to make sure your pelts are properly permitted, processed (if desired) and shipped home through secure channels.
The status of various species of fur bearer varies greatly from country to country.
Bookings, Changes, and Cancellations
Booking requires 50% deposit 6 weeks in advance of date.
We will return deposits for cancellations within 3 weeks of tour date. Within 3 weeks of the tour date, deposits will be credited to a future tour.
Changes in dates will be accommodated to the best of our ability. Simply contact our team via email, provided in your booking confirmation, and we will assist you.
Tour prices are subject to 5% sales tax. Gratuities for tour guides and staff are the responsibility of the client.
Fairmont room bookings subject to 5% tax however all additional fees and tourist levies are included. Gratuities at Fairmont properties are included.
Additional Trophy fees are charged for the following species as they are either high profile animals that require extra by guiding staff, or are species with special license quota and have limited availability.
